Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving any reason by means of a clear statement. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of this instruction on a durable medium.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired, provided that the declaration is made on a durable medium (e.g. letter, fax, or email).

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of an effective withdrawal, any services received by both parties must be returned.
You shall be required to pay compensation for the value of the services provided up to the time of withdrawal if, prior to submitting your contractual declaration, you were informed of this legal consequence and expressly agreed that we would begin performing the service before the withdrawal period had expired.
If you are obliged to pay such compensation, this may result in you having to fulfil your contractual payment obligations for the period up to the withdrawal.
Your right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely if the contract has been fully performed by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. This period begins for you upon dispatch of your withdrawal notice, and for us upon receipt of the same.
Consent
I hereby expressly agree that ALPHATRAD Germany GmbH may begin performing the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period. I acknowledge that by giving this consent, I lose my right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun.
